Today I stayed in all day again, resting and trying to get my
strength back. I made some phone calls, watched some TV and
mostly just laid around.
Connee and Russ went out for awhile to check out some of our
route. They came back to report that a section we thought might
be a trail is on private property - so much for that.
Russ then spent most of the rest of the day on the computer
putting together the rest of the route between here and
Washington D.C. He’s using quite a combination of maps to
find out what works and what doesn’t. He can actually show
some parts down low from almost every angle. It’s really cool.
We all went to dinner at Ken’s Family Restaurant. About all I
could find to eat was a baked potato, so that’s what I had. 
Not that I mind baked potatoes, but I would have liked to feel
better so I could enjoy it more.
Back to our room and to bed.
